Madinah Namugwe Vice President – Finance, PMI Uganda Chapter
About Madinah Madinah Namugwe serves as the Vice President – Finance for the PMI Uganda Chapter during the 2025-2027 term. As a Program Assistant Accountant at the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Madinah brings extensive experience in financial management and project accounting to her leadership role, supporting the chapter’s financial stability and growth.
Professional Experience With over 12 years of experience in project work, Madinah has worked on the USF project with the Ministry of Health, ARSDP and USMID-AF with the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development. She has also collaborated with an NGO on the Mango project, called Project Nurture, EADD, and Women Mean Business projects.
Volunteer Contributions
- Volunteers with PMI Uganda Chapter and participated in the organization of the National Project Management Conference 2024.
Vision for PMI Uganda Madinah is dedicated to strengthening the financial foundation of PMI Uganda Chapter. Her vision includes ensuring transparent financial management, supporting innovative projects, and enhancing member value through sound fiscal strategies.
