Eng. Gerald Isabirye, PMP®

Eng. Gerald is a seasoned communications engineer and programs manager with 15 years’ experience, leading agile & collaborative teams in telecom network planning & operations, software development, TV & Radio Broadcasting. He currently works with MTN Uganda as Manager Projects and also doubles as a part-time lecturer at Kyambogo University in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Eng. Gerald is a passionate project management trainer & consultant, certified by both PMI & PECB. He is enthusiastic about the promotion, growth, and practice of project management in Africa and currently serves as a team leader at Crosslinks Consults Ltd, an Authorized Training Partner with PMI.

In the last 4 years he also volunteered and served as VP Membership & Volunteers with PMI Uganda Chapter He is a holder of an Msc Data Communications & Software Engineering and Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering. A certified project professional (PMP), CCNA, Linux Administration and Oracle Database and Optimization. A member of global bodies: Project Management Institute (PMI) and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Also, a member of PMI Uganda Chapter, Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE) and a registered engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB), Uganda.
